Using this website
You may browse our travel information and submit genuine enquiries. A person making a booking must be at least 18, or act through an authorised adult, and have permission to provide the details of accompanying travellers. Keep account credentials private and provide accurate contact and travel information. Do not misuse forms, publish unlawful material, copy our content for commercial use without permission, or attempt unauthorised access.
Information and bookings
Descriptions and availability may change before a booking is confirmed. The written booking confirmation identifies the agreed itinerary, services, price and applicable supplier conditions. An enquiry or a pending payment is not, by itself, confirmation. These website terms accompany the Booking and Payment Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Your rights and questions
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or the responsibilities imposed on the contracting travel business by applicable law. Updates apply prospectively; the terms agreed for an existing confirmed booking continue to govern it. Raise a concern with our contact team, quoting your booking reference. You may also use the competent consumer authorities or courts available under applicable law.
