Before you book
Review the dates, traveller names, inclusions, exclusions, meeting arrangements and any accessibility requirements. Ask us to clarify anything unclear before authorising payment. Confirmation and price
Your booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation and any required payment has been accepted. Save your confirmation and payment receipt. The agreed currency, taxes, supplements and any deposit or balance deadline are those shown for your particular booking; there is no universal deposit percentage or payment schedule for every service. A quotation error must be resolved with you before a booking is agreed.
Payment methods
Use only the methods offered at checkout or confirmed by our team through our published contact details. Card payments, where available, are handled through the selected payment integration and may require bank authentication. Never email or message a full card number, CVV, password or one-time banking code. Verify the beneficiary independently before a bank transfer; tell us promptly if payment instructions appear to change.
Changes and assistance
Tell us immediately about incorrect names, dates or failed payments. Do not repeatedly pay for the same booking while a payment is pending; send the booking reference and receipt for investigation. Changes depend on availability and the conditions supplied before booking. Any proposed additional charge must be explained before you agree. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
