Safe use of our services
This agreement explains security practices for using Turkey Tours Planners, a travel agent branch of Anatolia Line. Use the HTTPS version of our public website, check the domain carefully and keep your browser and device up to date. A padlock does not, by itself, prove that a message or payment request is genuine.
Accounts and payments
Use a unique password and do not share account credentials or banking verification codes. Sign out on shared devices. We use account access controls, password hashing and anti-forgery checks in our website application; no internet service can promise absolute security. Follow only the payment instructions shown for your booking or verified independently with our published contact team. A payment method or bank may request additional authentication.
Information you send
Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email, contact form or WhatsApp. Send only information necessary for your enquiry. If an email unexpectedly changes a bank beneficiary, asks for urgent payment or links to an unfamiliar domain, stop and contact us using the number published on this website, not the number in the suspicious message.
Report a concern
Report suspected account misuse or a suspicious booking request to [email protected] or +905344547566. Include the booking reference and a description, without sending secret credentials. We may restrict suspicious access while investigating and will handle legally required incident notifications.
