How to request cancellation
Contact [email protected] with your booking reference, traveller name and the service you wish to cancel or change. Please use a written channel so the request and its time can be recorded. Keep our acknowledgment. A cancellation request does not automatically approve a particular refund amount.
The rules for your service
The conditions disclosed before booking and stated in your confirmation determine the applicable charges, subject to mandatory law. We do not impose one blanket cancellation percentage on all tours, hotels or transfers. Dated accommodation, leisure activities and certain travel-related services may fall outside the general 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right.Source: Turkish Ministry of Trade: distance contracts.
Package tours
For qualifying package tours under Turkish rules, cancellation notified at least 30 days before departure generally permits repayment less compulsory, non-refundable statutory taxes and charges. Later cancellations depend on the disclosed contract and statutory exceptions; the rules for unavoidable circumstances must also be considered.Source: Turkish Ministry of Trade: package tours.
Supplier cancellation and refunds
If an organiser cancels a package or significantly changes it, applicable rules provide alternatives or withdrawal and repayment rights. Where the package-tour withdrawal provisions require repayment within 14 days, that deadline applies. Approved refunds are normally directed to the original payer and payment method. A bank or payment provider may require additional posting time; contact us with your reference if a refund has not appeared. No-show and partial-use conditions must be those disclosed for the booking, not a new fee added afterwards.
